With the aim of continuous professional development and modernization of our work processes, we have started activities on updating the Plan and Program for academic and professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff at our University for the 2025/26 academic year, as well as drafting the Plan and Program for academic and professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff for the 2026/27 academic year.
To ensure that the training is useful, applicable, and tailored to your actual needs, we have created a short survey. Your answers will directly help us define key topics, select lecturers, and determine workshop dates.
The program is structured through four development modules:
- Digital transformation and artificial intelligence /Training on the application of AI tools in teaching and administration, cybersecurity, and modern digital work methods./,
- Quality management and agile business /Standardization of work processes, preparation for accreditation, and introduction of more efficient methods for task and document management./,
- Scientific research development and pedagogy /Improvement of mentoring skills, writing projects for international funds, and development of modern teaching methods./
- Communication, leadership, and wellbeing /Development of leadership skills, crisis communication, inclusivity in working with students, and techniques for mental health preservation and stress prevention./
